I chanced upon this website but can't use their free service because they don't have a Mac version yet.
Isposure is a freeware to monitor your internet connection and compare it to other ISPs nationwide. It's supposed to reveal to you whether you're getting the connection promised to you by your ISP. I can't wait to use this!
